What data we process and why

Only what you give us when you request a quote or write to us: your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message (product, quantity, personalisation). We use it solely to reply to you, prepare the quote and, if you accept it, make and ship the order and issue the invoice.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for invoicing, compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order, one year. Order and invoice data, for as long as Spanish tax and consumer law requires (up to six years).

Who it is shared with

No one, for commercial purposes. To provide the service, the following are involved: the hosting and form-email provider (Cloudflare, Inc., with international transfer safeguards compliant with the GDPR; and {{PROVEEDOR_EMAIL}}), the carrier for delivery, and our accountant or bank for invoicing and payment.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request its portability, by writing to info@elmundoenunregalo.com. If you feel we have not dealt with your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Security

The form is sent encrypted (HTTPS) and protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile, which does not set cookies or identify the visitor.
