How it works
There’s no shopping cart because there’s no stock: every piece is made when you order it. Here’s what happens from the moment you see something you like until it arrives at your door.
You choose
Browse the catalogue or the gift ideas. Every product page shows the reference price, material, dimensions, whether it can be personalised and the approximate lead time.
You request a quote
There’s a form on each product page: your email, how many you’d like and what you’d like to change or add (a name, a colour, a date, a photo of your pet). It reaches us straight away.
We reply within 48 hours
With the final price, the production time, the shipping cost and the payment options. If something isn’t possible exactly as you’ve asked, we suggest alternatives.
You confirm and we get started
Once paid, your piece joins the queue. If it’s highly personalised, we send you a photo before finishing it.
You receive it
Tracked shipping across Europe. If it’s a gift, we send it without the price and with a handwritten card if you tell us what to write.
Approximate lead times
Keyrings, brooches, cards and small accessories: 1–2 weeks.
Notebooks, folders, wooden boxes, wall art and ring holders: 2–4 weeks.
Albums and guest books: 3–5 weeks, depending on the number of pages and details.
Amigurumi: small ones 2–3 weeks; large ones or those made from a photo (your pet, a character), up to 8 weeks.
Lead times get longer in November and December. If it’s for Christmas, write to us as early as you can.
Shipping
We ship across Europe. {{COSTE_ENVIO}} The exact cost and delivery time are included in the quote, depending on destination and parcel size.
All shipments are tracked. Fragile pieces (wood, wall art, albums) travel in a rigid box.
Payment
We send you the payment options in the confirmation email. Nothing is charged until you accept the price and lead time.
Exchanges and returns
Personalised pieces (with a name, date, photo or custom colours) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect, in which case we remake them or refund you.
Non-personalised pieces can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
